Email or WhatsApp, exactly as before. There is nothing to upload and nothing to install. The portal simply shows what has landed and what has not.
Questionnaire and document dates are shown from the start, not raised once they have passed. The same principle as everything else here.
They pay, they send documents, and then they wait, often for months, with no way of knowing whether anything is happening. We built the portal so nobody has to send that email asking for an update. If your file has moved, you will see it. If it has not, you will see that too.
