The terms that apply to consultations, services and the IKIC TFW Control Center.
Isha Kapoor Immigration Consulting Inc., through Isha Kapoor, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, licence R1040882.
A consultation is a 45 minute session of professional advice. The fee is $85.00 plus applicable tax, $89.25 in total at the current rate. Urgent consultations are $105.00 plus applicable tax, $110.25 in total, and include a call back within 2 business hours during Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time.
A consultation is advice. It is not the filing of an application and it does not create an ongoing representation unless a separate written retainer agreement is signed.
You may reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, and appointments not attended, are not refunded.
No representative can guarantee the outcome of an immigration application. Decisions rest with IRCC, ESDC and other authorities. We undertake to prepare your matter properly and to advise you honestly about your prospects. We do not undertake that any application will be approved.
Processing times are set by government and are outside our control.
You agree that the information and documents you provide are true and complete. Advice given on incorrect information may be wrong through no fault of ours, and misrepresentation to Canadian authorities carries serious consequences for you.
Service fees for full applications are quoted in a written retainer agreement before work begins. Government fees are separate, are paid to the government, and are not refundable if an application is refused.
The platform is provided at no charge to employers whose LMIA work we handle. It is a planning and tracking tool. It supports your compliance obligations but it does not replace them, and the employer remains responsible for meeting the conditions attached to its LMIAs and its workers permits.
Employers submitting worker information confirm they are entitled to provide it. Employers may request an export of their data and closure of their account.
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
If you are unhappy with the service, contact us at info@ikic.ca. You may also complain to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, which regulates this practice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable there.
