The practice behind the platform
The platform is how we keep that record.
Every permit is tracked to its expiry date and alerts arrive early enough to act rather than react. Nobody has to remember, and nobody has to keep a spreadsheet.
Take the expiry date, work back through the permit application, the decision, the submission and the recruitment period, and you get the date the process actually has to begin. The platform calculates that date for you.
Run six restaurants and you have six sets of paperwork, six managers and one compliance record. The platform holds all of it together, by location and by worker, so an inspection at one site does not become a scramble across all of them.
Isha works from the same screen you do. Nothing is lost in handover, no status update has to be requested, and advice arrives with the file already in front of her.
Employers who plan ahead file better applications, and better applications are easier to defend. The platform is included free for employers whose LMIA work we handle, because a workforce that never runs out of time is the whole point of the engagement.
No other Canadian immigration consultant we know of gives employers software like this.
